How do I know what my order will cost to ship?
Shipping and handling charges for online orders: are calculated by order amount. Prices average between $3.99-29.99 per shipment (within the continental US.) *
Very large orders usually ship free of charge.
 
A nominal "Surcharge" Might Apply To "Oversize" items such as saddles and larger orders. The "oversize package" surcharge, is added to the normal shipping charge by the carrier. See your checkout cart for details. You will be able to see the shipping costs calculated before you finalize your purchase. 
 
*The Shipping & Handling Charges Explained Above Apply To Orders Shipped To Physical Addresses In The USA Only. Shipping outside the USA is not available at this time.

 
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary by location, generally 3-10 business days to destinations outside of Michigan for standard economy shipping. If you need expedited shipping please contact us as there may be an additional charge.
 
We Cannot Ship Large Packages To P.O. Boxes, *providing only a P.O. box will delay your order.
* We Do Not Offer Overnight Or Second Day Expedited Shipping. Some orders will be shipped Priority Mail at no or low extra charge.
Free Local Pickup Is Also Available At Our Retail Store In Houghton. 
 
Each company has their own shipping time depending on what you order, contact us directly, or check your item's listing for individual item's shipping times. Most special orders take an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery, custom made items can take about 3 weeks, and drop shipped saddles (saddles sent directly from the manufacturer) take 3-6 weeks for delivery.
 
When you order a brand of saddle from any company who drop ships, the delivery times are the same. Each manufacturer has their own set drop ship schedule, and it depends if they have a surplus of that model in stock, or if they will be building you a new saddle. Some less popular styles are made to order only, some are custom made, and some are in stock all the time. We can contact the manufacturer directly to estimate your delivery time.
 

What if my item is backordered?
Due to circumstances beyond our control, all products may not be available all the time. Backorders will be sent out as soon as they arrive in stock, unless you notify us to cancel any backorder before it has shipped. You will not be charged additional shipping for backorders that are sent separately from your main order.
 
If we believe the item(s) will remain out of stock for longer than 10 business days, your payment for that item will be refunded. We cancel most backorders under $20 automatically. Customer may keep the credit or we will process a refund.
